The Governor of Anambra State, Chukwuma Soludo, has tackled the presidential candidate of the Labour party, Peter Obi, saying he can’t win the forthcoming presidential election.
The former Central Bank governor lamented that a series of attacks and harassment have been thrown at him following his statement about investments made by Obi during his tenure as the governor.
In a lengthy statement, Governor Soludo alleged that Obi is only playing a game.
Part of his statement read, “Let’s be clear: Peter Obi knows that he can’t and won’t win.
“He knows the game he is playing, and we know too; and he knows that we know.
“Everyone knows that he is going nowhere, but they are looking for who to blame.”
He further added that only two persons/parties are in contention for president.
While wishing him well, Soludo said he prays Obi or Prof Umeadi of APGA would win.
